Yes! These stones are not plastic, they are 100% high quality crystals.

We only offer free delivery domestically, within the United Kingdom. Orders made from the rest of the world will incur a delivery fee. You will be able to see the charge at checkout.

We use surgical stainless steel on a lot of our jewellery pieces. This is because they will not wear over time, or cause skin reactions in people with metal allergies. The sockets that are used to hold the crystals are silver plated aluminium, as are the wires used for the rings. The silver plated will wear over a certain amount of years, but as the core is aluminium, so it won't tarnish or turn your fingers green. This decision was made to keep costs down which could be translated into savings for you, whilst also remaining nickel free for people with metal allergies.

Each order is made to measure, and built with your custom sizing in mind. Due to this, each order has a 1-2 week processing time and then will be dispatched by 1st class post.

Absolutely! If you contact us, and let us know the item you like, and the colour stone you're looking for, we can certainly try and find it for you at no extra cost. We will send a photo of these stones so you can approve them for your order.

Yes you can! During the 1-2 week processing time, we should be able to change details such as ring size or chain length.
